Pickled Green Pawpaw
Shredded green pawpaw & Julienne Ginger
- Teaspoon black peppercorns
 - 5 cloves
 - Teaspoon coriander seeds
 - Cinnamon stick
 - Zest of lime
 - 2 cups sugar
 - 1.5 cups coconut vinegar
 - 1.5 cups water
 
Put all pickling ingredients into pot and dissolve and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add ginger and pawpaw and simmer 1 hour.
